Tuesday, June 6 | 10:30 AM | Feelings Rock with Miss. Katy
Suggested ages newborn-5
A music, movement, and more program designed to help our youngest learners work through everyday
emotions.

Saturday, June 10 | 10:30 AM | PAWS for People: Read!
Suggested ages 3 and up
Reading to dogs can boost reading skills in children as well as help with emotional and social skills. The goal
of the program is for participants to gain confidence and increased reading fluency.

WEEK 2

Tuesday, June 13 | 10:30 AM | All Together Now Games
Suggested ages 3 and up
Join us in Milton Memorial Park for some fun outdoor super-sized games.

Wednesday, June 14 | 10:30 AM | Blossoms and Butterflies
Suggested ages 3 and up
Come and learn about the life cycle of a butterfly and help the Master Gardeners plant some beautiful
flower arrangements for the butterflies in Milton. This program will take place in the Children’s Corner and
the Outdoor Patio. Participants will be encouraged to come back several times during the summer and
observe the plants.

Thursday, June 15 | 10:30 AM | Bracelet Buddies
Suggested ages 3 and up
Let’s make some beautiful bracelets to share with our friends! There will be bracelets to make for all ages.

Saturday, June 17 | 10:30 AM | Cartoon Saturday
Suggested ages 12-17
Join us for breakfast and cartoons. We will be watching old-school 90’s cartoons from Cartoon Network and
Nickelodeon while eating some breakfast snacks.

WEEK 3

Tuesday, June 20 | 10:30 AM | The Pet Project
Suggested ages 3 and up
In this program, we will be making no-sew blankets to give to our SPCA friends. We will also have a box in
the library for you to donate items to the SPCA. Donation box will be out until the end of summer reading.

Wednesday, June 21 | 10:30 AM | All Together Now Sidewalk Chalk Art
Suggested ages 5 and up
Artist will first create their drawing on paper in the conference room and then make it come to life on the
sidewalk behind the library and the new patio. All supplies are provided.

Thursday, June 22 | 10:30 AM | All Together Now Games
Suggested ages 5 and up
In this program, we will be having lots of fun playing indoor super-sized board games.

Friday, June 23 | 10:30 AM | Teen Diamond Painting
Suggested ages 12-17
Hang out and enjoy making a Super Mario diamond paint sticker.

In this program, we will be discussing the book One Little Bag: An Amazing Journey by Henry Cole. Books will
be available for checkout at the library. Please have the book read and ready to discuss. There will be an
activity following the discussion.

Tuesday, June 27 | 10:30 AM | Interactive Movie: Trolls World Tour
Suggested ages 3 and up
Let’s have some fun watching and moving with the Trolls. Participants will be doing interactive activities,
plus relax and enjoy some popcorn!

Wednesday, June 28 | 10:30 AM | All Together Now Murals
Suggested ages 3 and up
In this program, participants will be creating their own section to a mural that will be on display in the
library.

Thursday, June 29 | 10:30 AM | Make and Take Kindness Bookmarks
Suggested ages 3 and up
Everyone needs a bookmark! So let’s spread some kindness – make a bookmark for our Milton patrons and
make one for yourself.

Saturday, July 1 | 10:30 AM | Nintendo Switch and Virtual Reality Headset
Suggested ages 12-17
Hang out with friends and play some Nintendo Switch games. Also, try out our Virtual Reality Headset.

WEEK 5

Monday, July 3 | 10:30 AM | Little Bookworms Book Club
Suggested ages 4-7
In this program, we will be discussing the book Drawn Together by Minh Le. Books will be available for
checkout at the library. Please have the book read and ready to discuss. There will be an activity following
the discussion.

Wednesday, July 5 | 10:30 AM | All Together Now Quilt
Suggested ages 5 and up
In this program, participants will be designing a quilt square with fabric markers. We will put the squares
together and display them in the library.

Thursday, July 6 | 10:30 AM | Giant Floor Crossword Puzzle
Suggested ages 5 and up
If you are good at crossword puzzles, then this is your program! Let’s put our words together on an
oversized puzzle on the floor.

Friday, July 7 | 10:30 AM | Superhero Sewing
Suggested ages 12-17
Try your hand at sewing. We will be making a felt plush Marvel superhero character.

Friday, July 7 | 11:00 AM | Middle Reader Book Club
Suggested ages 8-12
In this program, we will be discussing the book Measuring Up by Lily LaMotte. Books will be available for
checkout at the library. Please have the book read and ready to discuss. There will be an activity following

A team of heroes must work together to stop a super polluter from destroying Earth! Throughout the story,
audience volunteers help conduct exciting science experiments that bring this adventure to life.

We will be discussing the book Splat The Cat and The Obstacle Course by Rob Scotton. Books will be

Suggested ages 5 and up
Participants will be making a collage about themselves. All supplies will be provided.

Calling all anime lovers! Hang out with friends and join us for a screening of Dragon Ball Super.

Suggested ages 3 and up
This is a fun and interactive show packed with magic, comedy, and audience participation. You will see that
when we work together anything is possible, like making an elephant disappear!

Wednesday, July 26 | 10:30 AM | Jack and the Beanstalk
Suggested ages 3 and up
Join us in this program presented by The Rehoboth Summer Children’s Theatre as two actors play all the
characters in the energetic and imaginative story Jack and the Beanstalk. This classic story comes to life in a
wonderfully, hilarious version. In typical RSCT fashion, there is a new and delightfully surprising happy
ending for all!

Suggested ages 3 and up
In this program, you will be using watercolors to create a beautiful piece of art with a kindness message. All
supplies will be provided.
